Registering as an Employer with BizPay Direct is easy. Follow the steps below in order to complete the online registration application. For assistance please contact us at 866-603-1352.

Step 1: Select "Register Online Today" below

By selecting the "Register Online Today" button you will be transferred to our Secured Server where you will complete the online registration application. Our secured server environment provides secure, SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) 128-bit encryption to allow Partners and their Employer clients to securely access the system and transmit data from remote locations.

Step 2: Complete the BizPay Direct Registration Application online and Provide Authorization for Credit and Funds Transfer

The Registration Application requires specific information and data about your company. Company profile data such as name, address, phone numbers and bank information as well as an individual’s contact information are required. The registration process also requires you to agree to our Services Agreement as is required by NACHA Rules & Regulations.

Upon receiving your registration application, we will check your company’s credit history.

Step 3: Acceptance or Rejection of Your Registration Application

Within 3-5 business days of completing your registration application you will be notified via email that you have been either accepted or rejected in the program.

If rejected, you will be provided with the reason for rejection as well as encouragement to re-apply when the reason(s) for rejection have been remedied.

If accepted, you will receive a separate email containing your username and password and general instructions on accessing our secure BizPay Direct system. After logging on the BizPay Direct system for the first time, there will be a number of items that must be set-up under your Employer Console, including the types of Alerts you wish to receive as well as entering your employee data and information in the system.
